Legitimate online jobs are in the market to help people who are willing to work from home and who don\’t have a job in hand. They do in fact provide perfectly legitimate work from home.

Online jobs are said by many to be the best way to work at home, start your own business and make money online. This is a great opportunity to learn about marketing and become an expert online home business job owner.

Online jobs are considered to be the wave of the future. They are based solely on the premise of people working from home and using their computer to make the money. Such jobs are an important key in helping some realize all that they desire. However, as demand for Internet-based jobs rises, so to do the number of Internet-based job scams.

Search by specific job categories, academic fields, or descriptive keywords. An online subscription is available, and you can select specific types of jobs for which you would like to receive listings.

Searching the Internet may be your daily habit as you are looking for something on the Internet and you will use it more and more if you have an online job. For example, if you need to download a movie or any script software, you will make many searches on the Internet until your download job is over.

Online jobs are real and may require the same duties from you as an office based job. The beauty is that an online job is based from you computer at home and if you have a computer and a broadband connection already, for home use, it is free to set up and start. Some online jobs are so easy that anyone can simply do them at home or anywhere with a computer. However, the more specialized and skilled the online tasks become, the more you are likely to get paid. Whatever, the ads say, the online world is no different from traditional office working. Why should it be?

One difference with online work is that you can get paid by Paypal and withdraw your earnings everyday.

Some online jobs are best for women with kids, since most women with very young children can\’t go out of the home, but they also have to earn a living and can then at least work at home.

Outsourcing is of course perfectly legitimate when it allows US employers to save lots of money because they can get the same work but pay foreign wages in foreign currency, which is typically much less than the American wage standard for the same work. This is of course often unpopular with the office based workforce within the company, and with unions, and even sometimes the users of the service, who prefer a local sounding voice.

The problem with outsourced online work for those doing the work, is that it is usually paid by the hour, and you may find yourself competing with lower overseas pay rates. If the work dries up, you won\’t get paid either. Of course, working at home will cut your expenses by possibly 30% as you will not have travel to work costs.

The technology is there and it simply allows us greater means of reaching each other. Technology is only the enabler, but amongst the legitimate jobs online there are certainly those that will simply take you sign up money and provide very little if anything in return. If this worries you, search for terms on Google which include the name of the job supplier and append words like “scam” and “ review”, and “report”.

If this company is just out to grab your money, then you can expect there to be complainers out there, and it is worthwhile considering what they day. However, do bear in mind that the large and successful companies will somewhere along the line always pick up one or two complainers who will make a lot of their dissatisfaction, and which may not even be legitimate criticisms.
Watch the video related to online job

It’s Time to Set Up Interviews For Yourself!

The most effective strategy to getting hired in record time is to pick up the phone and set up your own job interviews! Learn how to set up 3-5 job interviews THIS WEEK without a resume!

The job hunting process has become so routine. Job seekers are still following the same guidelines that only work for a select few.

Why do you still do the same thing? Wait patiently for a job listing. Submit a resume. Wait patiently for someone to call. Wait patiently for another job listing. Submit a resume. Then, wait patiently for another person to call? That makes no sense!

For those in that category, you must understand that you are ruining your chances of getting hired just by waiting on others’ to contact you for an interview.

A good recruiter would NEVER send in a candidate’s resume, then sit and wait for a response, and repeat the same process over and over again with minimum results. A good recruiter would call his client (or potential client), pitch the candidate’s experience, and arrange an interview (or at least a tentative interview) before submitting a single document.

Maybe it’s a hidden secret among recruiters. Maybe it’s a general rule only experienced recruiters seem to follow. Either way, it’s time for the general public to start doing things differently and dramatically increase their chances of getting hired instead of waiting by the phone for it to ring.

There are FIVE major steps to this process. If done right, you will be able to set up at least 3-5 job interviews in record time. I will give you sections from three of my five steps to setting up interviews in record time.

Here is a section of Step ONE:

I. Decide which positions you are interested in. This is an essential step in this process because most people are pretty vague when communicating what kind of positions they are interested in. This annoys hiring authorities quite a bit. In fact, it is a primary cause for applicants being turned down for positions.

You have to be prepared to hear comments such as, “We already have enough candidates for that position.” or “You don’t have enough experience for this position.” etc.

If you plan properly during this step, you will be far ahead of your competitors. Never pick up the phone and call a potential employer without being able to offer alternative solutions to get yourself in the door. This planning stage is critical!

Here is a section of step TWO: Create a list of potential employers. This isn’t as easy as it sounds. There are many others ways to find out who is hiring aside from job searching online. Be creative and think outside of the box.

Here is a section of step THREE: Begin sourcing the names of the hiring managers you will need to speak with. At this point, DO NOT contact them. There is so much more to cover before you get to that stage.

Once you have completed all five steps, you will be ready to set up your own job interviews and receive great job offers in no time.

Fact: The proof is in the numbers. Don’t give up after your first try. In most cases, you will have to talk with 10-20 people before you get your first interview. Either way, it’s better than waiting for the phone to ring!

Job TIP: Be wise with the information you decide to place on your resume. Many people are not even called in for an interview because of simple mistakes they make on their resumes. They also make interview mistakes which prevents them from getting job offers.

Put these simple techniques to work, refuse to give up, and you should be able to set up 3-5 interviews in less than a few days. Trust me, experienced recruiters do this every day, and it works!

Read the entire interview training guide and get ahead of your competition!

Translation jobs are challenging jobs that demand great degree of care, diligence and patience. This is one of the reasons why it is said that translation is not for the person who lacks certain degree of discipline.

Another thing about translation jobs why other people do not engage in this profession is the degree of technical skill and intellectual ability necessary to be able to produce a product of superb quality and one that meets client’s specific standard.

When engaging in translation jobs, aside from the behavioral and professional requirements, the person so engaging should find it necessary to update oneself to the new developments that happen in the languages he or she is specializing in.

This is one of the important things that must be placed in proper perspective to be able to survive in the profession.

Nevertheless, a person engaging in translation can make his or her work a lot easier if the following things will be adapted:
1. Update yourself with the use of technological software like computer dictionaries. With the present features of most computer dictionaries it is more convenient to use them as compared to printed dictionaries.

They are even made more accessible because these computer dictionaries are mostly compatible with major operating systems like Mac and Windows.

2. Allot regular time for your translation jobs. This has been proven to be more effective than not allotting specific time because it has a sort of conditioning effect.

3. Designate and come up with your very own workstation.

4. Explore the Internet every once in a while to see resource pages for translators and translation jobs.

5. Allot time to proofread works for possible unintentional errors like typographical and spelling errors.

By bearing in mind and putting into practice these rather practical tips, you will discover for yourself how much easier your translation jobs will become. You will find your translation jobs more enjoyable than before because of the considerable degree of difficulty that could be possibly lessened by doing these simple tips.

Translation jobs are quite flourishing job opportunities today. They can be performed on full-time or part-time basis depending on your choice. With the still increasing number of organizations and persons needing the expertise of translators, people who are into translation would most likely find wide market where they can offer their services.

However, it has been observed that there is likewise increasing number of translators offering their services to this market. This makes it necessary for you to be highly competitive and for your skill to be more marketable.

This in effect leads us to the conclusion that the only thing that you can possibly do to survive the new and ever-increasing competition among translators is to be more capable in what you do best – translating! The skills you have right now may be sufficient to keep you alive for the meantime.

But, staying alive for a lot longer time is another matter. One thing is for sure in this regard, you cannot survive if you will not improve your translation skills and if you will not make yourself more competent as a professional translator.

Copyright (c) 2008 Ianson Internet Marketing

The growth in niche job boards, jobsites and recruitment websites in 2008 is staggering. with many new sites coming online every week. Whilst the cost of designing and constructing a jobsite has fallen considerably in the past few years, making that site visible and attracting a high volume of quality candidates is getting tougher by the day. To reach the top 10 on Google for a key phrase such as Sales Jobs is a mammoth challenge and one which may take years to achieve.

There is however a new route to maximising quality traffic to the vacancies on a job board and that is the use of rss feeds and xml feeds, particularly when migrating the data to one of the many vertical job search engines, examples include, Job Rapido, Career Jet, Simply Hired and Jobster to name but a few. There are several benefits to having your vacancies on this type of site; one great benefit is that the jobseeker can easily find results on the major search engines for the specific vacancy that they are looking for with a link to the vertical job search engine and a further link directly to the vacancy URL on the respective jobsite. The secondary benefit is the number of additional links generated by all of the vacancies linking back to the jobsite. Many of these sites are still free of charge and for much lower cost that typical search engine pay per click schemes sites benefit from highly targeted traffic, this in turn gives a much better ROI.

Other means of distributing job vacancies and high quality targeted traffic that should be considered are Google Base and Feedburner, tests carried out using an XML feed and rss feeds have shown a rapid increase in traffic from blogs, forums, Yahoo and Google, all for a few minutes work and zero cost.

The conclusion has to be that if you are currently one of the hundreds of jobsite owners struggling to commercialise your site or you are rapidly running out of money through expensive PPC systems and online advertising, it would be advisable to investigate these alternative sources of website traffic and if you do not have the technical understanding or expertise to carry out this work yourself, speak to an SEO or Internet marketing expert.

To quote the Google Wemaster Guide “Quality guidelines

These quality guidelines cover the most common forms of deceptive or manipulative behavior, but Google may respond negatively to other misleading practices not listed here (e.g. tricking users by registering misspellings of well-known websites). It’s not safe to assume that just because a specific deceptive technique isn’t included on this page, Google approves of it. Webmasters who spend their energies upholding the spirit of the basic principles will provide a much better user experience and subsequently enjoy better ranking than those who spend their time looking for loopholes they can exploit.

If you believe that another site is abusing Google’s quality guidelines, please report that site. Google prefers developing scalable and automated solutions to problems,. The spam reports we receive are used to create scalable algorithms and block future spam attempts.

Quality guidelines – basic principles

Make pages primarily for users, not for search engines. Don’t deceive your users or present different content to search engines than you display to users, which is commonly referred to as “cloaking.” Avoid tricks intended to improve search engine rankings. A good rule of thumb is whether you’d feel comfortable explaining what you’ve done to a website that competes with you. Another useful test is to ask, “Does this help my users? Would I do this if search engines didn’t exist?” Don’t participate in link schemes designed to increase your site’s ranking or PageRank. In particular, avoid links to web spammers or “bad neighborhoods” on the web, as your own ranking may be affected adversely by those links. Don’t use unauthorized computer programs to submit pages,. Such programs consume computing resources and violate our Terms of Service. Google does not recommend the use of products such as WebPosition Gold” that send automatic or programmatic queries to Google. Quality guidelines – specific guidelines

Avoid hidden text or hidden links. Don’t use cloaking or sneaky redirects. Don’t send automated queries to Google. Don’t load pages with irrelevant keywords. Don’t create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content. Don’t create pages with malicious behavior,. Avoid “doorway” pages created just for search engines, or other “cookie cutter” approaches such as affiliate programs with little or no original content. If your site participates in an affiliate program, make sure that your site adds value. Provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site. If you determine that your site doesn’t meet these guidelines, you can modify your site so that it does and then submit your site for reconsideration.”

The best source to look for jobs related to Information Technology (most commonly known as IT) is, obviously, the Internet.

Various sites offer listings of job openings for specific fields. The key for a fruitful search is to know how and where to look for the best possible jobs available.

To have access on a certain site’s listing, an individual must first accomplish the following:

1. Register at the chosen site

2. After registration confirmation (via an email from the moderator of the site), the individual may now have access to the list

3. In searching for the preferred or suitable job vacancy, you may be asked to fill out a form (online) that states an individual’s profile.

This is usually used for easier browsing of related work since IT has various fields of specialties. Other sites automatically match an individual’s profile with the available or suited vacancy based on the information given by the person.

4. The applicant has the option to choose from contractual, full-time, part-time, trainee or temporary jobs category.

5. If the individual prefers work that is currently not listed on the site, he or she may have the option of posting his or her resume, from which prospective employers may browse through at some other time.

To avoid frustration while browsing through the numerous listings of IT openings on the Internet, take into consideration the following pointers:

1. Determine the following:

1.1 Organize your career portfolio in soft and hard copies. While most employers will ask for a copy of you resume through the net (email), there are some that still require hard copies for submission at their respective offices.

1.2 Determine preferred location of work. Is the individual willing to be relocated should a good position be offered in another city or state? Does he or she prefer work within commuting distance?

1.3 Salary. Though it would not be wise to make demands on one’s salary especially during the interview process, an individual must have a predetermined range of salary that he or she would be willing to accept, whoever the employer would be or wherever it may be located.

2. Rank the items listed above based on one’s priority.

3. Search the Internet for various sites with listings of IT job openings.

4. Register on a number of sites for a wider access to various lists.

5. Submit resume based on the predetermined priorities.

Decades ago, employees would just stick on their shops “Hiring,” and choose employees from the hundreds who attempted to apply. That was the old recruitment pattern. Employment process before was not that fast track, snappy and highly technological. Only when the revolutionized techy world existed that recruitment went in a different process.

Recruitment is a very tiring yet exciting process. Tiring for an employer since hundreds of applicants wishing to be recruited walks in for an interview. The stressful part of it is gouging which is right. While it may be negatively taken as a tiresome activity, recruitment in one sense it makes it exciting and challenging. Meeting people challenges both the capability to think and analyze. Different personalities and behaviors can be observed.

With over millions of hunters searching for a fresh meat in the employment market, how will an employer choose the best hunter?

Try this best shots and catch for the best job hunter.

Tip 1

x————–x

Informations, from resumes to applications must be placed in a database. This can help in the recruitment process, by allowing to retrieve pertinent data just by entered a keyword. Easy! This unloads the burden in recruitment process. There is no need to pull out from the boxes and take five hours looking just for one record. With the database, everything you need a can be accessed instantly. Keeping this records filed is at times very useful for reference purposes. By looking at the database, applicants who are shortlisted can be called in case the choices were in a no-show or no-call. The maximum years to keep the records would at least for five years. References would matter from time to time.

Tip 2

x—————-x

While in recruitment, every applicant woes, sometimes there are too good to be true. Contact references written on the face of the resume or application form is vital. It is best that before undergoing the process of recruitment, requiring the applicants to provide for references can be helpful.

When references are supplied, you can call on each for verification. The mere interest on the applicants does not alter the importance of having the reference. The latter can serve as an important link in the future. Some references can be future partners or some would probably be the best prospects for future job recruitment.

Tip 3

x——————————-x

Get in touch with the data periodically. With the systematized data collection, news, updates and informations can be sent to applicants in a speedier and more systematized manner. It is easy to inform them whether they got the job or they failed in the recruitment process, in case call is not successful. For sure, you would not want your recruitment process be the talked of the town because of inadequacies. It even makes recruitment formal.

Tip 4

x——————————-x

In advertising your recruitment, the Internet is a good choice. Employed and unemployed, the web reaches both. Getting a wide range of market is positive. With millions of searchers going online, the best potential candidate might be one of them on the look for a job. Great ad would be a nice strategy to lure them. It is one way to sell your company and attract applicants.

Tip 5

x—————————–x

Since job listing would make you one step closer to a good recruitment deal, the need to let the applicant know what is expected from them is great. An ad that would be appealing catches good fish.

Tip 6

x—————————x

An effective job recruitment process not only is the process of hiring the best applicant. When good people shift from their job to yours, you are selling good career opportunities. This can be an avenue for a healthier and more successful start of professional development for both. The next time that recruitment takes place, it would be easier to sell opportunities based from the experience.

Tip 7

x———————————x

It is not bad to post on different sites and different categories. The more job listings you have the more chances of getting the best. Searchers sometimes shift from one site to another without browsing the rest. If the job is listed in not just one site, the more opportunities for recruitment to take place.

Tip 8

x———————————–x

Try creating a website. This can make your recruitment standout. When applicants learns that you’ve got all the aces. They will surely be walking towards your doorstep wanting to be recruited.

x———————x

There are still plenty of jobs in recession that do not require a degree. When times are tough and you need work, here are a few jobs that you can fall back on.

Maids and Housekeepers – Finding work as a housekeeper is best done in your local neighborhood through reputation or posting your credentials in libraries. There is a lot of manual labor but if you develop a relationship with the homeowner, you might get more referrals from their friends.

Lawn mowing – This type of work is done pretty quickly if you have a bunch of people who can separate the jobs. Get a worker for mowing, one for putting fertilizer and another for raking the grass. You might be able to finish a job in less than 30 minutes and move on to the next.

Taxi and Chauffeur – If you enjoy driving and are good with traffic routes, you can work as a chauffeur or taxi driver. The hours can be long and you might get some unruly customers, but once in a while you get a good tip for driving people to airports or farther destinations.

Security Guards - There is a bit of risk involved as a security guard but it usually only requires a background check and willingness to take on late hours. This is a difficult job to take on if you have a family or are responsible for other people with morning hours. It will also be initially hard to adjust to the sleeping times.

Fast food cook - There is guaranteed employment as fast food cook. The reason is the 300% turnover rate in this profession. Many people quit their fast food jobs for various reasons and you can take advantage of the opening. It does not take too long to learn the techniques and guidelines for how food is cooked and served.

As an online freelance writer, you’ll deal with clients from all walks of life. Some project will be perfect, and when that happens, you can hopefully turn that one project into a long-term relationship. However, no matter how well you write, you will sometimes run across clients who make your job extremely hard. Here’s a guide to handling the toughest kinds of clients out there:

THE WRITING JOB CLIENT WHO DOESN’T PAY

As a freelance writer, especially online, you need to protect yourself. There are tons of people who will try to get free work out of you, and online, it is easy to delete an email address and disappear. Before you start a project, make sure you exchange offline contact information (and verify it). You should also sign a contract to protect both of you. If the project is for a significant amount of money, it is also a good idea to arrange for pay in increments, especially when dealing with a client for the first time.

Of course, this doesn’t help you if you are already dealing with a client that hasn’t paid you. If this is the case, you can pursue the matter in court if you have a contract and contact information. Otherwise, you can use a web search service like www.copyscape.com to look for your work. If you find it online, you might be able to do a search at www.whois.com to find contact information. You can also contact the host provider to alert them that the work has been stolen, and they should respond by taking it down.

THE CLIENT WHO CHANGES HIS OR HER MIND

Nothing is more infuriating than throwing away your hard work because a client changes his or her mind half way through the project – or worse, after you’ve submitted first drafts. As a freelance writer, you should expect that your clients will want revisions from time to time. After all, no one is perfect. However, if you followed directions and provided a good copy the first time around, clients do not have the right to request major rewrites just because they changed their mind about something.

Be accommodating. If revisions will only take you a short amount of time, sometimes your best course of action is to do the revisions with a smile on your face, collect your payment, and decline future projects or more carefully discuss needs in the future. Your contract should always clearly define what revisions are free and what revisions must be bought.

If your client is asking for total rewrites, even though you did a good job on the originals, be wary. Sometimes, scammers use this technique to get double the amount of work from you, correctly suspecting that most writers never check the web for drafts they didn’t officially sell. You should also be wary of clients who cancel the project after you’ve already done most of the work. Be respectful, but always voice your concerns and ask for payment for the work you’ve done. You deserve it.

THE CLIENT WHO IS NEVER PLEASED

If you’re receiving negative feedback from all of your clients, you might want to reconsider the quality of your work or your readiness for the writing industry. However, if you mainly have happy clients, chances are that continuous negative feedback from one person isn’t a reflection of you. Some people are just really hard to please.

It can help if you have very clear expected standards. Here again, a contract comes in handy, but it might also help you if the client sends you an example of the work he or she is looking for from you. Sometimes, you just aren’t hitting the mark, and a simple change can clear that up, saving both you and the client time.

Keep in mind, though, that you can never please everyone. If you’re dealing with a client who doesn’t like your personal writing style or who gives you feedback in a condescending way, sometimes it is simply best if you go your separate ways amicably at the end of your current project.

No matter who your client may be, try to do the best job possible. Some people clash personalities or try to take advantage of one another, but remember that you can always turn down projects and look for new jobs.

This article is an introduction to recruitment for UK banking jobs. Getting a job in banking can be a drawn out process as recruitment cycles often take up to 6 months and the top banks may look at hundreds of candidates for a single post and go through 2 or more interviewing stages often in addition to a competency assessment. If you already work in banking or the finance sector you may be familiar with the recruitment process and if you’re looking for a change of career within banking this article will discuss briefly the best approach to successfully finding a new job.

Agency or direct

At the start of your journey to find a perfect banking job you will usually be faced with 2 routes (although you can take both simultaneously). Whether you should use a recruitment agency to source suitable opportunities for you or go direct to financial institutions with your applications.

Using an agency

Agencies are widely used in financial recruitment particularly for skilled banking jobs as the recruitment process is a labour intensive one often comprising of weeks of processing under qualified or inappropriate candidates before arriving at a list of high quality potential employees. The banking sector more than most appreciate the added value of dealing with an agency for some or all of their recruitment rather than managing their own extensive human resources based recruitment programme.

Recruitment agency consultants are driven to match the best candidates to the clients banking jobs, usually more so than the person to whom responsibility falls within the client institution- often the HR department or busy heads of department who may not have the required time to properly process high volumes of applications.

For the candidate, using a recruitment agency can also offer some distinct advantages over applying directly to individual companies in response to banking job vacancy advertisements. An agency will be working closely with the banks with a range of vacancies both current and upcoming available. If an advertised vacancy does not prove to be suitable your recruitment consultant will often be able to recommend an alternative position to apply for.

If you have the skills and experience that an agency is looking for they will actively seek out new opportunities for you as they become available, this can take much of the time consuming work out of applying for a new job in banking as agencies will only put candidates forward for positions they feel they are well suited for and capable of obtaining. Agencies can also deal with the initial contacting of the financial institutions and get interviews arranged on your behalf.

Going direct

Many applicants prefer to go direct to recruiters rather than going through a specialist recruitment agency as this allows them to make direct contact with the companies they are applying for and pick their applications based on job vacancies posted by the banking institutions.

The easiest way to find job vacancies if you want to apply straight to a recruiter are to search job listings on online job boards, newspapers and corporate websites. The downside of applying for jobs this way is the time it can take to find appropriate advertisements, approach the recruiter, submit applications and arrange interviews often based on limited information about the position you are applying for.

Choosing an agency

If you choose to use an agency to find you a new job in banking it is important to approach an agency who understand the unique and often specialist nature of the banking industry and have direct relationships with the banks themselves. Banks will often not deal with recruitment agencies whom they do not have a working relationship with due to their HR procedures. So make sure the agency representing you are talking to the banks or financial institutions directly and are on their preferred suppliers lists.

The main advantage of an agency is having an agent working on your behalf so make sure you get on with your agent and you feel comfortable with them representing you in front of potential employers- if an agent expects you to lie about your skills or experience on a CV its unlikely they’re working for your best interests.

Writing a CV

The CV is a critical part of successfully applying for banking jobs as its all an employer has to go on when deciding whether or not to invite you to interview. As the people up against you for banking jobs are going to have often very similar skills and experience due to the nature of the industry your CV has to not only be watertight in terms of the information it gets across but also make you stand out from a crowd of other financial experts. Banking is still a formal institution and you resume should reflect this, but some creativity will help to show your character and the effort you’ve put into your application- think about ways of presenting your CV with a unique personal touch, if you’re photogenic a picture of yourself is often a good start (don’t forget to smile!).

Again a recruitment agent should be able to help you get your CV up to a standard where they are confident it will be acceptable by the banks and financial institutions whom will be recruiting. There are lots of template CV’s and CV writing advice available online by searching for ‘banking job CV’.

The interview

Interview skills are a subject in their own right and beyond the scope of this article. There’s a lot of things to remember you should and shouldn’t be doing in an interview but most of these are common sense things about the way you want to present yourself. The best advice ultimately is make sure you do yourself justice, listen to the interviewers and think about the sort of things they want to hear from you. They want to find out about your personality and character as much as anything else so show you are a person they’d like to work with.

Again a Google search for ‘interview tips’ will give you plenty of helpful advice and a recruitment agent will also help to prep you before setting you up with interviews.

Good luck finding your dream job in banking.

I've sent my resume and cover letter but now I'm growing a little suspicous. Unusual things like I was sent an "employment form" instead of being directed to the Website to fill out an "application" I was also sent an interview form with some standard interview questions but it just didn't seem right. For example, one question asked "why should I hire you?" which is not typically asked in interviews from my experience. The "employment" form looks legit at first glance but I've since scrutinized it and called the number and it wasn't in service. Anyone else had any experience with this. Please, only UN Job Vacancy specific experiences, not general e-mail scams. If anyone wants me to e-mail them the documents for them to look at I can.
Also, here are some of the sender's return e-mail addresses: The second and third look really suspicious to me. I replied at first without giving it much thought, hey I'm a busy working guy and I did apply to overseas Govt jobs so it wasn't out of the blue. I really think it's a scam now. They haven't asked for money but I'm ready for that one if they do.
